Breathable – Refund & Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union or Croatia, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at xxxryder38@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return Once you notify us, you have 14 days to return the item(s). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at xxxryder38@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
